1 small banana
1 1/2 kiwi fruit (half sliced to serve)
30g baby spinach leaves
1 tbs natural peanut butter
1 tsp unsweetened shaved or shredded coconut
1. Place 3/4 of the banana (slice the rest to serve), 1 kiwi fruit, spinach and peanut butter with 1/2 cup of water in a blender and blitz until smooth.
2. Pour liquid into a bowl and top with remaining banana and kiwi, and sprinkle with coconut.
