Cue the new kid on the block: Reform Pilates is the newest program to be added to the Goodlife Family and we’re so excited for you to try it!
This class uses a bed-like machine (Reformer) with adjustable resistance (springs) to give you a full body workout that’ll strengthen your muscles and your mind.
Coach-led and supported by demonstrational screens, you’ll feel confident in your movements (and your body) in no time.
Fun Fact: Pilates was invented by a guy called Joseph Pilates. He designed the program for war veterans.
The original barbell workout synced to pumping music will work your entire body– and we mean entire body!
In a typical Body Pump class, you’ll be doing anything from 800 to over 1,000 repetitions – this is called the rep-effect.
You’ll be guaranteed to build lean muscles and leave feeling absolutely pumped (pun intended).
Nationally, Bodypump is by far the most popular class on our timetables!
Goodlife’s PACE class will literally put you through your paces.
Strap in and saddle up, as you cycle your way through 30 minutes of our famous spin class.
Expertly designed in-house to deliver maximum results in minimum time with the calorie burn continuing long after you stop pushing the pedals.
But don’t worry, I can 100% confirm you don’t need to look like a (or be) professional cyclist to fall in love with this cycle class!
The ultimate coach-led HIIT, functional, and boxing training program designed to burn fat, build strength, and improve fitness in a highly motivating community-based environment.
All our Arena classes are run by an experienced functional training coach and supported with large demonstration screens to keep you on track.
In one 45-minute class, you can expect to burn up to 800 calories. Better yet, no two classes are the same!
With one hook (a boxing strike), you’ll be hooked and back for more!
With a hop, skip, and a jump, Body Step’s high energy class will have you grinning ear-to-ear as your butt and thighs burn.
This class uses a height-adjustable step as a tool to tone and lean your body – not an obstacle as I first thought when I tried the class!
Consider this class your one-stop shop for calorie-burning cardio as you step up, over and around, using gravity as a form of resistance while increasing your heart and lung capacity to boot.
There are so many other classes we haven’t event mentioned, check them out and give them a try!
