Designed by our expert fitness team, these 45min - 60min classes incorporate elements of boxing to help increase strength, improve endurance and give you a total body workout.

This style of training is designed to incorporate practically every muscle of the body.
Unlike a gym workout that focuses on one of three pathways, Arena workouts incorporate strength, aerobic and metabolic conditioning.
We take all the guesswork out of training. Arrive to each class knowing that you will train in everything from endurance, to cardio, to strength.
All Arena classes are functional HIIT training based, incorporating elements of boxing while being led by experienced coaches. You will work through a series of stations that are full body focused aiming to maximise your workout in 45mins or less. With the aid of our large demonstrational screens, you won't miss a beat.
Combining HIIT, functional and boxing training - you will get a well-rounded approach to fitness allowing you to quickly improve on your fitness levels. You can burn up to 800 calories in one 45-minute class, and no two classes are the same!
