How do I become a member? 

If you would like more information about membership options, visit our membership page for details.

Once you are ready, you can join us online. Alternatively, you can join us by contacting your local club

I wish to freeze my membership 

You may suspend your membership for a minimum of 1 week at a time and cannot exceed 4 weeks per year.

A $5 suspension fee applies per week your membership is on hold. You can complete your time freeze by logging in here Goodlife Health Clubs - Sign In and signing in to your previously created account, or by clicking forgot your password and creating one on the spot. 

I wish to cancel my membership

Please call your home club so they can assist. You can find your local club details on our Find a Club page.

I have a billing enquiry 

If you wish to make a payment over the phone or discuss an overdue account, please call our billing provider, Debit Success, on 1800 681 827 or submit a Payments and Billing Enquiry here.

To freeze your membership, you can do so on our Member Portal here. To access the portal for the first time, click ‘Forgot password’ and follow the prompts or submit a Member Portal Enquiry here.
