You may suspend your membership for a minimum of 1 week at a time and cannot exceed 4 weeks per year.
A $5 suspension fee applies per week your membership is on hold. You can complete your time freeze by logging in here Goodlife Health Clubs - Sign In and signing in to your previously created account, or by clicking forgot your password and creating one on the spot.
Please call your home club so they can assist. You can find your local club details on our Find a Club page.
To freeze your membership, you can do so on our Member Portal. To access the portal for the first time, click ‘Forgot password’ and follow the prompts or email [email protected] to reset your login details.
