What to bring:
You must bring a towel to train - we have a no towel no train policy
Bring your water bottle
Please bring a mat for floor training, particularly pilates and yoga
You will need to bring your own gloves and wraps for Arena classes
Group Fitness Classes no longer require booking (except Arena & Reform Pilates) and we will be returning to a first come, first serve basis, to ensure your spot in your favourite class.
Please make sure you arrive as early as possible, so you can get a spot, especially for the busy classes. At the end of each class, you will need to leave the room as advised by the Group Fitness Instructor and can come back in once all attendees have been counted. To attend more than one class on that day, you just need to follow the same guide as above.
Personal training sessions have resumed in-club. If you do not have a trainer we can help you connect with one. Find a personal trainer. If your club has closed, and you've booked personal training sessions; please contact your personal trainer directly to re-arrange.
