Can I try Goodlife for free?

Yes, we offer a free introductory pass which includes access to all gym equipment and classes. Free pass access is only allowed during club staffed hours. Terms and conditions apply.

What sort of memberships does Goodlife offer?

We offer a range of affordable and flexible memberships. Visit our Memberships page for up-to-date information or visit us in-club.

What is the admin fee?

Our startup fee is $99 for all clubs. This covers the cost of setting up the membership and your access pass. 

Is there an age limit to join Goodlife?

Minors (anyone under the age of 18) must have signed consent from their parent/legal guardian and memberships must be purchased in club.

There are different club access requirements depending on the minor's age, 14yrs must access during staff hours only and must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or exercise professional; for full details please refer to our Age Policy in our terms and conditions which you can access in our footer below.

Who should I speak to if I have a question about my membership?

Please speak with your club by visiting your home club page for contact information or call 1300 393 733 and enter your home club postcode.

Can memberships be put on hold?

You may suspend your membership for a minimum of 2 weeks up to a maximum of 4 weeks each calendar year at a cost of $5 per week. You can complete your suspension via the member portal or in your local gym.

How do I cancel my membership?

Please speak with your home club in person or online - contact details can be found via the Find a Club link - or call 1300 393 733 and enter your home club postcode.

Can I transfer my membership to a friend?

Yes. Depending on your membership type you may transfer your membership to a family member or friend as long as they are not an active member for $99. Platinum and Platinum Plus members can transfer their membership for free.

Does Goodlife offer class only memberships?

Our memberships allow you to access equipment and unlimited classes so there's no need for a class only membership. Check out all our class options through Find a Class!

Can I change my home gym?

Yes. You'll need to contact your home club to kick this process off, either in person or over the phone. Call 1300 393 733 and enter your home club postcode to speak with your club.
