Our custom-built Revive Recovery suite is where you reset.

A dedicated sanctuary to unwind, recharge, and restore balance. Because when you recover well, everything elevates - mind, body, and performance.

Our recovery offering includes a variety of hot and cold therapies designed to support muscle repair, reduce inflammation, and enhance overall wellbeing.

REFORM PILATES

Led by qualified instructors in our custom-built Reform studios that are equipped with premium reformer beds, designed to support all fitness levels from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Our Reform Pilates classes bring the energy, community, and results of a boutique studio - included with Diamond membership.

With a constantly refreshed custom workout library, props like balls, rings, and dumbbells, and one of the most flexible class timetables around, every session feels fresh and keeps you progressing.

LES MILLS CEREMONY HYROX

A 45-minute, coach-led functional circuit workout that harnesses full-body strength, cardio and power. Les Mills Ceremony Hyrox is boutique-style circuit training like you've never seen before.

The stations utilise the best of our functional training equipment including kettlebells, ski-ergs, box jumps and more.

Revive Recovery is an exclusive benefit for Diamond Members. Unlock the next level of performance and wellbeing. Upgrade to Diamond to experience it at participating clubs.

Do I need to book?

Bookings are required for certain experiences, check with reception.

What equipment and services are available in the Recovery Zone?

Most Revive Recovery Suites have infrared, cold plunges/ice bath, red light therapy, compression boots, massage chairs and massage guns, however this varies between clubs. Contact your club to find out more.

What should I wear when using the saunas or recovery equipment?

Massage chairs, compression boots, red light chamber, and massage equpiment

Wear clean, dry clothes at all times

Saunas

Wear clean clothes, swimwear acceptable
In the infrared sauna, place a towel on seat before use

Wear appropriate footwear in wet areas.

Dry off before leaving wet areas, towel hooks are provided.

Are there any health conditions that would prevent me from using certain facilities?

HEALTH & SAFETY REQUIREMENTS - DO NOT USE IF YOU:

Are pregnant or have heart conditions, high blood pressure, or circulation issues
Have open wounds, infections, or contagious conditions
Are feeling unwell or have cold sensitivity

Can I try Revive for free?

Revive Recovery isn’t included in trial access at the moment, but we'd love to show you around, feel free to book a tour with a team member.

Is there an age limit to join Goodlife?

Minors (anyone under the age of 18) must have signed consent from their parent/legal guardian and memberships must be purchased in club.

There are different club access requirements depending on the minor's age, 14yrs must access during staff hours only and must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or exercise professional; for full details please refer to our Age Policy in our terms and conditions which you can access in our footer below.
