ALERT: Group Fitness Classes no longer require booking (except Arena Fitness & Reform Pilates.)
Following new guidelines and further easing of COVID-19 restrictions, the online booking portal was disabled from midnight, Sunday 11, April.
With restrictions easing, this has allowed greater capacity in classes, so we will be returning to a first come, first serve basis, to ensure your spot in your favourite class.
WHAT TO DO
Please make sure you arrive as early as possible, so you can get a spot, especially for the busy classes. At the end of each class, you will need to leave the room as advised by the Group Fitness Instructor and can come back in once all attendees have been counted. To attend more than one class on that day, you just need to follow the same guide as above.
If you have already booked using the system beyond 12 April, the bookings will be automatically deactivated and you will need to ensure you turn up as early as possible to get a spot.
How to Register
If you haven't used our booking system before, you must first register by clicking the link at the top right of the platform.
Once registered you must verify your account via email. If you don't receive an email we may need to update your details in our system - please contact your home club (but please first check your spam folder).
To find the booking platform for your club, visit the club page and you will find it on the right-hand panel.
Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Cancellations can be made up to one hour before the class starts.
Maximum of two classes per day, per member. Only paying members can book classes.
If the class you wish to attend is full, you can select to go on the waitlist. While we work to update the booking system, you will need to manually check within the hour before the class to see whether you have got a space in the class.
To ensure you are marked in attendance please check-in at reception. If you have classes booked back-to-back, don't forget to revisit reception to check-in for your next class.
If repeated non-attendance occurs you will be charged a fee.
To cancel, select the booking you wish to cancel in the booking platform and select remove - you'll find this at the bottom of the class description.

Your own mat to train on (for classes that require mats i.e. yoga & pilates)
