Spring has well and truly sprung, and as the temperature starts to heat up, so too do the cravings for ice-cream! But if you’re looking for a low sugar, high protein alternative that’s still bursting with creamy flavour, look no further than this healthy chocolate peanut butter protein nice cream!

4 frozen bananas
¼ cup chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp peanut butter
¼ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
Dark chocolate chips (optional)
Method:
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until thick and smooth consistency
Once blended, place in an airtight container and freeze for two hours
Serve with chopped banana or choc chips
