Reform Pilates

Reform Pilates is a low-impact workout done on a reformer machine - a sliding carriage fitted with adjustable spring resistance that supports a range of seated, lying and balancing exercises. What sets it apart from mat Pilates is the added resistance on every movement, which makes it especially effective for developing functional strength and stability.

Included with Platinum Plus and Diamond memberships, our Reform Pilates classes are kept small and intentional, giving you personalised guidance as you work toward your goals.

REFORMER PILATES AT GOODLIFE

Reformer Pilates brings a refined approach to strength training - precise, low-impact movement on a reformer bed, using weighted springs to create resistance through every controlled motion. It's a considered way to build strength, improve posture, and move with greater control and flexibility.
