About the class

The first thing you'll notice about Clubbercise® classes is that they're taught in a darkened room so you can leave your inhibitions at the door! This is your chance to let go, enjoy the music and burn tons of calories without realising it (an average of 600 per session). The instructor will take you on a clubbing journey through different eras and music styles and each track has its own easy-to-follow routine. The moves are a mix of dance, toning and combat to maximise the fitness benefits with high and low impact options to suit all abilities.
