Whether it’s a class you love, a workout you’re proud of, a physical or mental transformation or a fitness tip you want to share, show us what your Goodlife experience looks like.
We’re celebrating our members with a content prize draw from the 23rd of March – 24th May 2026.
WIN 1 MONTH FREE ON YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Each month, our team will review the #yesgoodlife tags and repost a selection of content to our main @goodlifehc Instagram account, based on our content criteria. All reposted creators will then go into a randomly generated prize draw.
Winners will be drawn on the 24th of April & 25th of May. Our team will contact the winner via direct message from the official @goodlifehc Instagram account.
HOW IT WORKS

Check in at the front desk and let our friendly staff know you're going to be filming.

Capture your workout, class, progress or fitness tip.

Post it to Instagram or TikTok on a public account so we can view your content.

Tag #yesgoodlife for your content to be seen by our team.
JUDGING CRITERIA
🛡️ Follow all club rules & safety guidelines
Wear shoes, no filming in bathrooms, no members in the background without consent, correct use of equipment and clothing must not feature offensive images or inappropriate wording.
💙 Align with Goodlife's brand values
Content must align with Goodlife's brand values and community standards.
Be respectful of other members and team at all times.
Avoid false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims.
✨ Be high quality, clear and well lit
We're looking for content that reflects the positive, inclusive energy of our clubs. Quality and clarity matter — make sure your footage is well lit and easy to watch.
🎨 Showcase creativity and authenticity
Show us something real. We want to see how fitness actually feels to you - not just how it looks. Authentic moments and creative expression are what we're celebrating.
The content must stay live on your public account until 23 May 2026.

*Please note uploading a post does not mean you are automatically entered into the draw. Each repost counts as one entry, and we may repost multiple pieces of content from the same person, with each repost counting as a separate entry.
The decision to repost (and therefore enter you into the draw) is entirely up to Goodlife, and we’re not required to repost every Submission.
If you win a prize on the 24 April draw, you're free to remove your post or switch your account to private if you don't want to be included in future draws.
