Bookings are required for certain experiences, check with reception.
What equipment and services are available in the Recovery Zone?
Most Revive Recovery Suites have infrared, cold plunges/ice bath, red light therapy, compression boots, massage chairs and massage guns, however this varies between clubs. Contact your club to find out more.
What should I wear when using the saunas or recovery equipment?
Massage chairs, compression boots, red light chamber, and massage equpiment
Wear clean, dry clothes at all times
Cold plunge
Wear swimwear
Saunas
Wear clean clothes, swimwear acceptable
In the infrared sauna, place a towel on seat before use
Wear appropriate footwear in wet areas.
Dry off before leaving wet areas, towel hooks are provided.
Are there any health conditions that would prevent me from using certain facilities?
