Tyrone Mamaku

Tyrone is a young personal trainer with a study background in Human Movement & Nutrition at the University of Queensland, and is now deepening his connection to health and fitness by progressing onto his Honours in Physiotherapy. His journey through his studies has propelled him into the wellbeing space. Tyrone has personally lost 30kg during his own journey, and now seeks to distil his expertise and discipline into every one of his clients. Tyrone leads by example, focusing on a sustainable balance of health, fitness, and life.
