Tanya Turner

Tanya is a passionate personal trainer who believes fitness is about more than just physical transformation, it’s about building strength, confidence, and resilience from the inside out.

What started as a personal goal to look and feel good grew into a lifelong passion for health and fitness. Tanya has first hand experience in facing the hurdles that can come up when creating a healthier lifestyle and works alongside her clients to guide and support them every step of the way.

With over 5 years of personal experience training in Boxing, Bodybuilding, Functional Fitness and Strength & Conditioning, Tanya brings a variety of knowledge and practical insight to create programs tailored to each client’s goals, working with everyone from beginners to seasoned trainers.

She’s also currently studying nutrition, further expanding her understanding of how lifestyle, food, and training work together to support lasting results and optimal performance.

Tanya designs sessions that are challenging yet supportive. Empowering clients to feel stronger and more confident, both in their workouts and in everyday life.
