Since joining Goodlife Morningside over eighteen years ago, Simon has established himself as one of our most dedicated and successful trainers. Whether he’s training a client or himself, Simon is a constant fixture on the gym floor, bringing a wealth of experience to every session.
His expertise spans nearly every facet of fitness, from strength and conditioning to pre and postnatal exercise & boxing. Having undergone a full ACL reconstruction, Simon also specializes in knee rehabilitation, offering first-hand insight into the recovery process. A true endurance athlete, he most recently completed the 2025 New Zealand Ironman, proving he has the mental and physical grit to help you reach your most ambitious goals.
