Sandra is a coach focused on helping people move better, build strength, and feel confident in themselves. With a background in sport and performance training, her approach starts with posture, movement, and body control before progressing into heavier lifting.

Sandra believes that teaching people how to move correctly helps improve force transfer, reduce injury risk, and create a stronger foundation for everyday life and strength training. Sandra speaks fluent English and Mandarin.
