Nikki’s passion for fitness comes from personal experience overcoming major health and lifestyle challenges. Following a double lung transplant in 2015 and managing conditions including high blood pressure, diabetes, and autism, they understand how difficult starting a fitness journey can feel. Through consistency and lifestyle change, they have also successfully lost over 50kg within the last year, giving them firsthand experience in building sustainable habits and long-term change.
Their coaching focuses on helping everyday people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident both inside and outside the gym. Nikki particularly enjoys working with beginners and individuals who may feel overwhelmed or unsure where to start, using strength training, functional fitness, and supportive coaching to help clients improve fitness, confidence, and overall wellbeing in a welcoming environment.
