Having lost 40kg while simultaneously building the strength to train in powerlifting, he knows from personal experience what it takes to completely change your health and fitness. That journey ignited a deep passion for health sciences, which led him to complete his Certificate III & IV in Health and Fitness and a Diploma of Health Sciences, with ongoing studies in Physiotherapy further sharpening his expertise. Michael's philosophy is simple: everyone is different, and your program should reflect that.
