Laurens coaching style is based around respect, compassion, empathy and support and she trains all her clients with knowledge, patience and understanding.

Lauren believes that personal training is more than just weights, reps and sets, it’s about understanding the true nuts and bolts of her clients to understand the best methods and training styles for each individual to get the best possible long-term results.

She is highly adaptable and does not approach training with a one size fits all mentality. Lauren is passionate and energetic and is obsessed with helping others live their best life through physical movement and a strong mindset while living a balanced life.
