Kaitlyn has been dedicated to training and strength development for five years. She is currently preparing to compete as a bodybuilder with ICN, where she continues to challenge myself and refine her knowledge of performance, discipline, and resilience.

Kaitlyn's personal journey has shaped her approach as a trainer. After suffering a broken back, she committed to her own rehabilitation and walked herself through the recovery process. This experience gave her a unique perspective on injury prevention, safe training methods, and effective recovery strategies, which she now integrates into her coaching.

In addition to one-on-one training, she has guided individuals in group fitness to build strength, improve technique, and develop long-term confidence in the gym. She values creating strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported, empowered, and capable of achieving their goals.

Kaitlyn's mission is to help others unlock their potential—whether that means enhancing strength, overcoming setbacks, or building the confidence to take on new challenges.
