As a competitive powerlifting athlete with multiple podium finishes, he brings firsthand insight into high-level strength development and performance preparation. Having coached clients from complete beginners to experienced lifters, Justin understands how smart, structured training directly enhances performance both in and out of the gym. He specialises in teaching proper technique, building confidence under the bar, and creating programs that progress safely and effectively.
