G’day! My name’s Jordan, and I’m a Personal Trainer specialising in body recomposition and muscle building.

When I'm not coaching on the gym floor, you’ll usually find me in the gym working on my own physique as I pursue my natural bodybuilding goals, in the kitchen prepping meals for the week ahead, or spending quality time with my wonderful fiancé and my little Dachshund, Millie.

There’s only one thing I’m more passionate about than my own progress — and that’s helping others achieve the body they’ve always wanted.
