Jasmine has been an avid Yoga/Pilates enthusiast for many years before making the transition to Kick Boxing and now into Personal Training.

She likes to use her vast knowledge of movement and endurance training to help people not only get stronger and healthier, but also more confident in the gym.

Jasmine, now with knowledge in hypertrophy and Strength and Conditioning has also been helping many people with their body composition goals by not only helping them to reduce body fat but also to increase their lean muscle mass.
