Jacob began his fitness journey in 2015, driven by a passion to help people achieve lasting health and performance goals. Early mentorship and hands-on learning led him to train with elite coaches, including a world-champion kettlebell athlete in Melbourne and a Muay Thai world champion in Phuket, where he also completed intensive MMA training.
With experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, group fitness, and one-on-one coaching, Jacob has trained clients in both gym and private settings, focusing on weight loss, strength, and functional fitness. His approach emphasizes building a strong foundation, improving mobility, and developing sustainable habits.
Growing up in country Victoria and working physically demanding jobs, Jacob understands the importance of staying strong, pain-free, and resilient. His mission is to guide clients along the most effective path to their goals, without risky shortcuts, so they can perform better in both daily life and sport.
