Hong (Chris) Hu

Chris is a Personal Trainer with over four years of coaching experience and a strong academic background in Clinical Exercise Physiology. He has worked with more than 100 clients, helping them improve strength, mobility, and real-life performance through functional training.

His programs are grounded in exercise science and tailored to support long-term health, injury prevention, and physical readiness. Chris is passionate about endurance sports and brings that same focus and discipline into every session.

Originally from China, Chris speaks both English and Mandarin, and is committed to delivering clear, effective coaching to a diverse client base.
