Cheng began his fitness journey in 2013, motivated by a personal goal to overcome being underweight and build lasting strength. In 2017, he earned his Personal Training certification and has since dedicated himself to helping others achieve their own health and fitness goals.
Choosing this path has been one of the most rewarding decisions of his life, fueling a deep passion for empowering clients through sustainable and effective training. Drawing from his own transformation, Cheng specializes in guiding naturally lean individuals to build muscle and increase strength. He also works closely with clients pursuing fat-loss goals, emphasizing safe, long-term approaches over quick fixes. In addition, Cheng has developed a strong track record of working with individuals managing ongoing shoulder, lower back, and knee issues helping them train confidently while improving both mobility and strength.
