Charlotte’s focus is strength training and believes in longevity over short term instability. She is studying nutrition and keen to help overs who struggle with dietary restrictions being gluten and lactose free herself. And is keen to develop her knowledge on women’s health and coaching.
Charlotte believes everyone deserves to feel strong, capable, and confident — in the gym and in everyday life. Strength training transformed not only my body but my mindset and the way I show up for myself. Now I want to empower others to experience that same growth: to build genuine confidence, understand their bodies, and create long-term change.
My vision is to create a supportive & empowering space where strength and mindset work together. A space where people feel encouraged to grow, challenge themselves, and build healthy habits that last. I want to inspire individuals to step into the gym with confidence, trust the process,
and build a sense of strength and self-belief that extends far beyond the gym.
