Brooklyn has been weight training in gyms since she was 14 years old and she is now ready to pass on her knowledge to help women achieve their goals. Whether it is to lose fat, gain muscle and strength, improve cardiovascular health or increase flexibility/mobility, Brooklyn is here to help.
Her programs are designed with evidence-based exercises to help you to become the best version of yourself no matter what your goal is. Brooklyn is passionate about female weightlifting and muscular endurance exercises while incorporating some cardio and flexibility/mobility into every warmup and cool down.
