Ben Minos is one of the longest serving personal trainers in Brisbane. Ben is a qualified physiotherapist and a highly sought after strength and conditioning coach and bodybuilding preparation coach. Ben was one of the first to bring Kettlebell training to our shores and has been responsible for teaching many of the current day presenters and skill trainers about Kettlebells.
