Having previously been clinically obese prior to becoming an athlete and trainer (losing 48kg in the process), she is particularly knowledgeable and experienced in weight loss/management, body transformation and muscle building/sculpting. Anastasia operates around the principle that the best program for an individual is one they will stick to, and strives to train with a balance of enjoyment and challenge. Anastasia structures improvement plans around the latest findings in sport and exercise science, adapting scientific principles to your individual fitness journey to ensure that every session is fun, maximally effective and has a clear purpose towards your goals.
