Amity Jackson

Amity is a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach with Certificate III and IV in Fitness, specialising in rehabilitation, functional fitness and muscle building. With an extensive 8-year background in sport she brings real-world athletic experience and a deep understanding of movement, performance, and injury prevention to her coaching. Her training approach focuses on building strong, resilient bodies through smart programming, proper technique, and functional strength that carries over into everyday life and sport. Amity is passionate about helping clients move better, feel stronger, and train with confidence, whether they're returning from injury, improving performance, or building muscle safely and sustainably. Currently studying to become an Exercise Physiologist, Amity continues to expand her knowledge to provide evidence-based, results-driven training tailored to each individual's needs and goals.
