About the class

This is RPM, and then some. A 60-minute spin class designed to push your pedals, and your comfort zone, to the absolute limit. You'll burn, sweat and deep-breathe through a series of heavy climbs, fast sprints and tabata tracks. Your instructor will take no prisoners - so leave any excuses at the door and saddle up for the ride of your life.
