Circuit gets you up and moving through an assortment of interval training and bodyweight exercises aimed at getting you the results you want, and fast. One of Goodlife’s longest-running classes, Circuit keeps its favourite status amongst members by ticking the trifecta - fitness, weight loss and toning. This freestyle class can be designed differently each session and tailored to the needs of the group.
