My love for health and fitness is matched by my desire to encourage clients to become the strongest, most realistic version of themselves. By training and supporting my clients, I want to ensure they have the ability to live life the way they want to live it; to be able to move with flexibility, be courageous and engage in life fully, regardless of their age. 

I’ve always had a passion for sport, most recently triathlon and strength training has greatly improved my performance but most importantly has given me confidence from feeling strong and capable in my body.
