Madeline has more than six years of fitness experience, both as a personal trainer and as a fitness class trainer.
She has successfully worked with a wide range of clients, from active individuals, sedentary, coming back from an injury, and from beginners to athletes.
Additionally, she has led group classes focused on both active training and recovery. Each workout and nutrition program she designs is customized to meet the individual needs, goals, lifestyles, and health conditions of her clients.
Madeline is also a competitive Strongman athlete and has placed in several strongman competitions in asia and globally. She believes that fitness should be part of a sustainable lifestyle, which is enjoyable and attainable.
