Kirra has fitness engrossed into her everyday life and has been on a personal journey with strength and conditioning training since she moved to Brisbane in 2012. With a combination of consistency, determination, music and goal setting over the years, she has build a strong muscular physique and continues to uphold this to date. Kirra lives by the importance of strength training for women particularly as they age. Kirra believes everyone can achieve their own best physiques through consistency, discipline, motivation and structured goal setting whilst at the same time having fun!
