Kat's athletic career has spanned her lifetime, starting on the track as a child and still competing in Ultra Marathons, Ultra Beast Obstacle events, Triathlons and Body Building competitions in her 50s. Her objective is to educate, motivate, and hold you accountable for achieving your goals.
During her 20 + years in the fitness industry, she has coached a broad spectrum of clients, from Elite Dancers, Gymnasts and Professional Athletes to people with physical and cognitive impairments and newcomers to exercise.
A key element of her coaching philosophy is helping you take ownership and direction and invest completely in the process. She believes in keeping things as simple as possible, whether talking about food prep, exercise, time management or life skills. The process will only work if you do. Attitude is critical and the catalyst for success!
