Josh’s background is in the sports field. Having played and coached players at the semi professional level in Rugby as well as other sports his knowledge and experience allows clients to achieve their own current gym goals whilst balancing progressions and vastly improved performances on the pitch of their chosen sport. Josh has also helped many non sports players achieve goals in body transformation, strength, rehab and weight loss.
