This journey began in 2013 in law enforcement, where valuable skills were developed in managing high workloads and adapting to demanding and rapidly changing situations.

In 2017, a move towards fitness led to personal training studies. Balancing a police career with a personal training business, he successfully operated his business and career before making a transition to full time personal training where his passion lies.

Now fully dedicated to the fitness industry, John has developed a unique and proven system to ensure success in the fitness journeys of his clients. His straightforward yet empathetic coaching style has earned the trust of high-net-worth clients, business leaders, busy professionals and those in law enforcement and military roles.
