Smoked Salmon Roulade

  • ¼ cup cottage cheese

  • ½ - 1tsp horseradish cream (depending on your liking)

  • Zest of ¼ of a lemon

  • 1 tsp dill leaves

  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into ribbons

  • 4 slices smoked salmon, cut into 3cm strips


  1. Place cottage cheese, horseradish, zest and dill in a small bowl and mix to combine.

  2. Place zucchini on a board, lay salmon on top and spread cottage cheese mixture onto the salmon. Roll zucchini and salmon to form a roll. Repeat until all ingredients have been used and garnish with remaining lemon and dill.
