Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance. Cancellations can be made up to one hour before the class starts.
Maximum of one class per day, per member. Only paying members can book classes.
If the class you wish to attend is full, you can select to go on the waitlist. While we work to update the booking system, you will need to manually check within the hour before the class to see whether you have got a space in the class.
Check-In
To ensure you are marked in attendance please check-in at reception. Cancel
If repeated non-attendance occurs you will be charged a fee.
To cancel, select the booking you wish to cancel in the booking platform and select remove - you'll find this at the bottom of the class description.
What to bring
A large towel - no towel no train
Your own mat to train on (for classes that require mats i.e. yoga & pilates)
Water bottle
Once registered, you can book by clicking the club name below for workouts or classes up to 7 days in advance.
Maximum of 1 workouts or classes per day, per member. 45 min sessions per booking.
