Ferrero Rocher Protein Smoothie

Our Ferrero Rocher Protein Smoothie of course, that will satisfy those sugar cravings and leave you satiated and satisfied all day long! Whether you want a sweet summer breakfast or a cooling afternoon pick-me-up, this nourishing alternative to our fave naughty treat will do just the trick! 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 serve of chocolate protein powder  

  • 1/2 small banana (frozen if you prefer a creamier consistency) 

  • 2 pitted medjool dates (chopped) 

  • 20g hazelnuts (chopped)

  • Ice cubes 

Method: 

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

  2. If you prefer a creamer consistency, freeze the banana and add more ice cubes
