Ingredients:
1 cup milk of choice
1 serve of chocolate protein powder
1/2 small banana (frozen if you prefer a creamier consistency)
2 pitted medjool dates (chopped)
20g hazelnuts (chopped)
Ice cubes
Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
If you prefer a creamer consistency, freeze the banana and add more ice cubes
