Trevor is a driven and approachable Personal Trainer with a wide array of life experience through varied career paths. A qualified Chef by trade, Trevor has a wealth of knowledge in healthy eating and fuelling your body for results and balance health. Trevor specialises in a wide range of training methods, and places a very high importance on the service and support aspect of his coaching with his clients.

Trevor is especially passionate about supporting veterans and first responders, having shared experiences and understanding how important movement is in daily life. Having been through his own health journey he understands personally the effort changing your life requires, and knows first hand how to support you to take those pivotal steps in your own transformation!
