Over the past 9 years Toby has lived and breathed fitness through his own athletic development and accumulating knowledge from a number of highly qualified exercise professionals that he has worked with. During his experience he has gained knowledge in a number or training styles, in particular, strength and conditioning and injury prevention. What you will expect from Toby is a coach that prides himself on helping you achieve your goals through training and nutrition plans that are highly specific to YOU. It is for this reason Toby builds a strong relationship with his clients in order to create a plan that yields optimal results without unrealistic expectations.
