Craig Kavanagh

Craig is a qualified personal trainer since 2015 and feels very lucky to be part of an industry that he truly loves and to have worked with some truly amazing clients over the years. He got into the industry because of his own fitness journey which began in 2012.  Craig was overweight, out of shape and living an unhealthy lifestyle. He knew things need to change but he found the gym environment intimidating.  So he took a job in a gym as a customer services manager to get comfortable and familiar with the environment, then he started exercising daily and choosing a healthier lifestyle.  As the weight fell away his confidence slowly started to grow. Then he decided to take the next step and engaged a personal trainer to guide him in how to build muscle and develop a physique that he could be proud of.
