Jono is a fitness professional who is focused on setting and kicking goals with his clients. Designing workouts to suit each individual, Jono’s specialist areas include functional movement training and circuit training. As a Bachelor of Health Sciences graduate, Jono has an increased knowledge and interest in human structure and function and aims to achieve the best for his clients ultimate health and fitness.
