Jacob Mihan Mihan

Jacob started studying towards his goal, of being in the fitness industry, at age 16.

Since stepping foot into Personal Training he hasn't looked back.

He believes in making each of his clients sessions something enjoyable and to look forward to. He also believes that exercise, while it might be daunting at first, should be something to be enjoyed not dreaded.

While he believes in the above, he also preaches that hard work will always be needed to get the results the clients desire. But with all of this in mind Jacob is with his clients every step of the way to guarantee they reach their goals in the fastest and safest way possible.
