Jacinta is originally from Townsville, North Queensland and has been training for over a decade. She is an ex-competitive endurance runner and has recovered from Anorexia Nervosa. Through her experience she has gained a sustainable and long-term approach to health and fitness. She promotes a holistic and enjoyable training style that is based on metabolism science. Jacinta specialises in hypertrophy training, glute building and sustainable fat loss approaches. Her philosophy is: permanent and sustainable changes promote permanent and maintainable results.
