Goran's aim is to help teach you how to correctly and efficiently train yourself so you hit your goals. He believe in balancing your training. A mixture between lifting weights, circuit training and cardio. The only thing he asks for in return is that you do your best and you have fun because training isn't about pure exhaustion, it is about doing something you weren't able to do yesterday.
